Shipping

1. We will arrange the shipment with in 3-5 days after we receive your balance payment.

2. You could choose our cooperated agent, as well as your own shipping agent.

Lead Time

1.If we have stocks,we'll deliver our items within3-5working days after receiving your payment and order details confirmed.

2.If we don't have stock,we'll inform you the production time of the items you need.

1. Samples charge: According to the item number.

2. Sampling time: 3-5days for our existing samples for reference.

3. Sample cost refund policy: We always charge the sample cost 30% higher than bulk order price, but when you place a  bulk order, will refund the extra 30% we charged.

Q1: What's the delivery time ?

A: It usually takes about 60 days to produce an order from MOQ to 40 HQ container. If our items are in stock, we are able to ship within one to two weeks. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time. 

Q2: Could you send a sample to me?

Q3: Can the logo or company information to e printed on the proudcts or package?

A: Yes. Your logo or company name can be printed on your products by stickers,printings or coating.

Q4: What is the payment terms?

A: We accept TT 30% paid deposit and balance paid when see the copy of the B/L.

Q5: Do you accept OEM ?

A: Yes. OEM is acceptable.

Q6: Can I change bike's specifications ?

A: It is ok to change bike specifications. But we need time to check the new price with new parts.

Q7:How do your after sale service?

Quality is treated as the most important thing in our factory, and we cherish every opportunity to do business with our customer. We provide a long enough warranty for our electric cargo bicycle,we are surely responsible for any malfunction during the warranty,and all terms can be included in the purchase contract.
